Warm welcome after a day of hard work and the very comfortable bed. Late breakfast, we often have meetings at 7.00 am therefore we have no option to have breakfast in the hotel |

Excellent breakfast, professional and friendly hotel staff. The hotel is new, everything is nice, clean and working. Fast cable internet in rooms is for free which is very rare in 4-star and higher hotels! Easy transportation by train which stops only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The price even for a single room is quite high. |

rooms are large and comfortable the restaurant is prohibitively expensive for a family. The hotel itself was expensive and being asked to pay extra to visit the spa was outrageous. That said, the one day that we would have paid, we were not allowed in because it was only for members use. |

Although the hotel is a distance out of Zurich the trams 5 & 13 stopped right outside and took only minutes to get into the centre. 24 hr tickets could be purchased in the hotel |
