Me and my other colleague got upgraded and stayed on the top floor - with a balcony and a view with Mont Blanc. It's definitely one of the best hotel room in Geneva. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is also good - just 5 mins walk to the train station. If I come back to Geneva I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Breakfast is a bit pricy, and was not included. |

I asked for a queen or king size bed and staff lied about it...they said i would have it as booked, and they gave me two separate beds put together...Breakfast not included + horrible...room servise really bad as well...do not order food at the hotel |

proximity to amenities. well, my daughter left her slippers in the hotel and even though we called within 24 hrs of checking out, we were told slippers were not found. that was disappointing really. |
